NO RETURN POLICY
Return Accepted Only In Below Cases:
- Only if the product is received in a Damaged / Defective / Broken condition.
- Unboxing video is compulsory for return eligibility.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- The customer must dispatch the return parcel within 6 days of receiving the product.
- We must receive the return parcel within 5 days from the date of delivery.
- डिलीवरी के 5 (पाँच) दिनों के अंदर हमें कूरियर मिल जाना चाहिए।
5 (पाँच) दिनों के बाद हम कूरियर स्वीकार नहीं करेंगे।
How to Return the Product?
- If the customer wants to return a product:
- The customer must handle the return courier process themselves through any local courier service.
- Return the parcel to our address at your own cost.
- Return courier charges will not be refunded.
Return Courier Charges are to be borne by the customer. (Courier/shipping charges will not be included in refund.)
What to Include in Return Parcel:
- Product in original condition
- Product bag/pouch
- Product slip/invoice
- A paper with your Bank Account Number & IFSC Code

Returns Not Accepted On:
- Products purchased during SALE or OFFER period are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Process (Only for Damaged/Defective Products):
- Once we receive and verify your return parcel,
your refund will be processed within 3–4 business days via NEFT to your provided bank account. - Note: ₹200/- per piece will be deducted as Refund Handling & Processing Charges.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

1. Return
- We do not accept returns on any items once sold.
- Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are not available.
- We only offer exchange for eligible products as per the policy mentioned below.
3. Exchange
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or color, please contact our customer support at vastratrendz11@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we may offer an alternative product or refund as a special case.
- In case of size issues or preference for a different product, the customer must email us before proceeding.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the item.
- We may request photos or videos of the damaged or defective product to expedite resolution.
- A replacement will be provided for verified damaged or defective items.
5. Return Shipping
- When returning an item for exchange, please use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
- We cannot guarantee receipt of any return sent without a tracking number.
- The customer is responsible for sending the parcel and paying the shipping cost,
unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong or defective item sent).
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items that are used, washed, or damaged after delivery
(unless received in defective condition)
7. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
