Return & Exchange Policy – Vastra Trendz

Thank you for shopping with Vastra Trendz.
We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Policy

We follow a No Return Policy for all products once sold, except in cases where the item received is:

·       Damaged

·       Defective

·       Broken

·       Incorrect item delivered

Mandatory Requirement:
A clear unboxing video from the moment of opening the parcel is required for return approval.


2. Return Timelines

To qualify for a damaged/defective return:

·       Return request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

·       Customer must dispatch the parcel within 6 days of receiving the order.

·       We must receive the parcel within 5 days of delivery.

Returns sent later will not be accepted.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges in the following cases:

·       Wrong size received

·       Wrong color received

·       Damaged or defective product

·       Verified product issues

Exchange Request Timeline:
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Availability:
Exchanges depend on product stock.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:

·       An alternative product

·       A special-case refund (only if no alternatives available)

4. Customer Responsibility for Shipping

For returns/exchanges initiated by the customer:

·       The customer must courier the parcel using a trackable service.

·       Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.

·       Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

If the error is from our side (wrong or defective item shipped), we will guide you on a free replacement process.


5. Items Required in Return Parcel

Include the following:

·       Product in original condition

·       Original packaging/bag/pouch

·       Invoice or order slip

·       A paper with Bank Account Number & IFSC Code (only for approved refunds)


6. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

·       Products purchased during Sale / Offer / Discount

·       Personalized or custom-made items

·       Used, washed, or customer-damaged products


7. Refund Policy (Only for Approved Cases)

Refunds are provided only when:

·       The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

·       Replacement or exchange is not possible

Refund Process:

·       Refund will be processed within 3–4 business days after inspection

·       Refund will be issued via NEFT bank transfer

·       ₹200 per item will be deducted as Handling & Processing Fee


8. Order Cancellation

·       Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

·       Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
