Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Vastra Trendz. We are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and hassle-free return and exchange process. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged
- Product received is defective
- Product received is incorrect
- At this time, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or personal choice. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing an order.
- Items purchased during sale or promotional periods may have limited return eligibility. However, products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be reviewed and resolved according to this policy.
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Products that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
2. Return Request Timeline
- Customers are requested to report any issues as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can assist promptly and efficiently.
- Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 5 days.
- Requests outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
3. Proof of Issue
To process returns efficiently, customers may be requested to provide:
- Clear photos of the product, and/or
- Unboxing video (if available)
Providing proof ensures faster resolution.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered for the following cases:
- Incorrect size received
- Incorrect color received
- Damaged or defective products
Exchange Request Timeline:
- Must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Availability:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If a replacement item is unavailable, we may offer:
- An alternative product, or
- A refund (processed according to our Refund Policy)
5. Return & Exchange Shipping
- Customers should use a reliable, trackable courier service to return items.
- Return/exchange shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of damage, defect, or incorrect products, where Vastra Trendz will provide guidance and cover shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Items Required in Return/Exchange Parcel
Please include the following when returning or exchanging a product:
- Product in unused and original condition
- Original packaging (bag, pouch, or cover)
- Invoice or order slip
Returns missing any of these items may be rejected.
7. Refunds for Returns
Refunds are provided only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
- Replacement or exchange is not possible
Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy within 3–5 business days via the original payment method or NEFT.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
