Refund Policy
At Vastra Trendz, we maintain a No Return / No Exchange policy for all orders, except in cases where the product received is Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect.
We aim to handle such cases fairly and transparently.1. Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
· Product received is damaged
· Product received is defective
· Product received is broken
· Product received is incorrect
Mandatory Requirement
An unboxing video from the moment of opening the package is required as proof for return eligibility.
2. Return Timeline
To qualify for a return:
· The customer must initiate the return within 2 days of delivery.
· The return parcel must be dispatched within 6 days of receiving the product.
· We must receive the return parcel within 5 days from the date of delivery.

5 दिनों के बाद भेजा गया रिटर्न स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा।3. How to Return the Product
If your return request is approved:
· The customer must send the return parcel through any local courier service.
· Return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.
· Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please ensure the following items are sent back:
· Product in unused and original condition
· Original bag/pouch/cover
· Original invoice or order slip
· A paper with your Bank Account Number and IFSC Code for refund processing

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
· Products purchased during SALE, OFFER, or DISCOUNT periods
· Products without a valid unboxing video
· Products sent back after the allowed return window

सेल/ऑफर के दौरान खरीदे गए उत्पाद रिटर्न या रिफंड के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं।6. Refund Process (Only for Approved Cases)
Once we receive and verify the return parcel:
· Refund will be initiated within 3–4 business days through NEFT to the bank details provided.
· A ₹200/- per piece deduction will be applied as Refund Handling & Processing Charges.
7. Important Notes
· Refunds are issued only after successful inspection of the returned product.
· If the returned item is found used, damaged due to customer handling, or missing components, the return will be rejected.
· Vastra Trendz is not responsible for return shipments lost in transit.
