Shipping Policy

At Vastra Trendz, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, accurately, and within the estimated time. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after the order is placed.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • In rare cases (high demand, stock delay, or operational issues), processing may take up to 72 additional hours.
  • You will receive an email/SMS notification once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

  • After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier service delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other external factors.

Note: Vastra Trendz is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, remote area limitations, or uncontrollable logistics issues.


3. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most pincode locations across India through our trusted courier partners.


4. Delivery Schedule

  • Couriers deliver between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Monday to Saturday.
  • No deliveries are made on Sundays or national holidays, subject to courier partner policies.

5. Address Accuracy & Order Modification

  • Please ensure that the shipping address, phone number, and pincode are correct at checkout.
  • Once the order is dispatched, we cannot:
    • Change the delivery address
    • Modify the order
    • Cancel the shipment

6. Tracking Information

You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is shipped.
Tracking may take 24 hours to update in the courier system.


7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable:

  • The courier may reattempt delivery
  • If the shipment is returned to us due to non-availability or incorrect address, the customer may need to pay re-shipping charges

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered, or opened, please:

  • Refuse to accept the delivery, and
  • Contact us immediately at vastratrendz11@gmail.com
