At Vastra Trendz, we are committed to providing a transparent, fair, and hassle-free refund process. This policy applies to all orders placed on our website. Please read carefully before making a purchase.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The product received is incorrect
- Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
At this time, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, size preference, or personal choice. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, size charts, and images before placing an order.
2. Reporting an Issue
- Customers are requested to report any issues as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can assist promptly and efficiently.
- Requests received after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Proof of Issue
To help us process refunds quickly, customers may be requested to provide:
- Clear photos of the product, and/or
- Unboxing video (if available)
Providing proof ensures a faster and smoother resolution.
4. Refund Approval & Inspection
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- Refund requests may be declined if:
- The product is used, altered, or washed
- The product is damaged due to customer handling
- Original components or packaging are missing
5. Refund Processing Time
- Once approved, refunds are initiated within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds are processed via NEFT bank transfer or the original payment method used at checkout.
- No handling or processing fees are deducted for approved refunds due to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Customers are requested to report any issues as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, so we can assist promptly and efficiently.
- The product has been used, washed, or altered
- The product is damaged due to customer handling
- Required proof (photos/unboxing video) is not provided
- Items purchased during sale or promotional periods may have limited return eligibility. However, products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect will be reviewed and resolved according to this policy.
7. Shipping & Return Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for returning the product using a secure courier.
- Vastra Trendz is not responsible for return shipments lost or delayed in transit.
- For eligible refunds, we will provide the return address and instructions.
